Jason believes that the quality of our communication contributes everything toward how we experience our lives and the results we achieve. His passion for leadership and for seeing people succeed both in business and in life is evident, as he inspires and influences leaders with practical keys for success, that enhance leadership skills, renew passion and improve effectiveness.

Rising from apprentice he went on to lead one of Australia’s most successful network businesses to a group turnover of more than 100 million and 130 stores nationwide, providing him with extraordinary insights into leadership and personal performance.

His successful career in business and executive management, has provided him with first-hand experience with the challenges businesses face at all stages, along with the importance of creating balance between personal and professional goals, to maximise effectiveness and attain peak performance levels. His experience is drawn from numerous roles in organisations ranging from private enterprise small business to large corporations, across manufacturing, retail, information technology and construction.

Today, as a consultant, corporate trainer, and executive coach, Jason works with organisations of all facets to help them expand, develop and better manage their business.

Jason is Director of 3WIN Consulting, an NLP Practitioner and certified DISC Practitioner in personality profiling. He is also a fresh voice in keynote speaking delivering with passion and conviction, engaging the heart and mind of his listeners. He brings a clear perspective on what it takes to stay ahead of the game in today’s fast paced and rapid changing business environment.

Jason is a passionate family man and lives in Brisbane Australia with his wife Tania and two young boys Leighton and Christian.
